Red, White and Blue Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 c pretzels
  • 1 c almonds, toasted
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 c butter, melted

Filling

  • 1/2 gallon Alden’s strawberry ice cream
  • 1/2 gallon Alden’s vanilla ice cream

Garnish

  • 1 c whipped cream
  • 1 c strawberries, sliced
  • 1 c blueberries
  • 1 c raspberries

Instructions

For the crust: preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pulverize pretzels, almonds and sugar in a food processor. Pulse in melted butter. Press into a 9 inch pie pan and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool to room temperature before filling.
